A super program teaching the basics of art to tiny tots and pre-schoolers ages 2-6. This highly successful, very popular program was started by Abigail Dion, co-owner of Glazed to Perfection, and has been running through the Montgomery County Recreation Department for nearly 14 years. It is now being offered through Carroll County's Parks & Recreation Department or directly through our shop.
Come see what Tiny Hands can do! This "hands on" class encourages children to be creative, get messy, and have fun with paint, glue, glitter, foam, fabric, wood items, flower pots, and more. Kids will make at least two “keeper” projects per class (not just a bunch of paper). Projects will change each session, usually themed according to the season. Please bring a smock or clothes that don’t matter if they get ruined. An adult presence is required, but remember, these project belong to the kids.
Sessions usually run 4 or 5 consecutive weeks and start at various times throughout the year and meet at several different locations within the county. Cost for a session usually averages about $15 per week including materials fees.
