The concept is simple. Select from more than 200 unpainted (bisque) ceramic pieces—cups, bowls, platters, teapots, vases, figurines, cookie jars, boxes, and more. Then, unleash your imagination to turn that piece into your own personal original work of art. We then fire the piece in our kilns and have it ready for you to pick up in about a week.
No Experience Necessary
Not an artist? Not a problem! We have plenty of idea books, traceable designs, and clip art to inspire you. We can demonstrate simple techniques that will have you creating fabulous pieces you’ll treasure. We can even show you some cool designs that require little or no talent at all! We provide all the tools—and an enthusiastic staff—to help you create a masterpiece of your own that you can be proud of. Just come in and pick a piece—we’ll help you with the rest!
No Age Requirements
Anyone who enjoys painting—with a brush, a sponge, or their fingers—can paint pottery. Our materials are non-toxic, lead-free and washable. All finished pieces are food safe. Children are so pleased to see how beautiful their pieces look when they get them back!
Cost
Unfinished pottery pieces are priced individually and range from as little as $3 to as much as $75 or more. To paint in our studio, we charge a “studio fee” that includes absolutely everything you need to create your masterpiece: glazes in your choice of over 100 colors, brushes, palettes, sponges, stamps, stencils, and accessories, plus the final clear overglaze and the firing process. The studio fee is one half of the marked price of the ceramic piece you choose.
Example: $12 pottery piece + $6 studio fee = $18 for the finished piece (plus tax)
If you don’t finish in one sitting, no problem. You can always bring your piece back and finish it at a later time at no extra charge. And, if you can’t stay and paint with us, we can offer you a “paint at home” kit. Just bring the piece back when you’re done and we’ll handle the final glaze and firing then.

* We reserve the right to close up to one hour early if there are no painters in our studio. If you are coming by to pick up a piece within that last hour, please call ahead to let us know you are coming.
